Glossary: Dutch CUF-XML names¶

CUF-XML uses Dutch element and attribute names; pycuf's model uses English ones. This page maps every element to its class and every attribute to its field, with a short description. Required attributes are marked with ✱.

`CUF` → `CufFile`¶

The document: project data, sort-code schemes, the estimate and the tail.

`AANMAAKDATUMTIJD` ✱	`created`	datetime	Date and time the CUF file was written.

`PROJECTGEGEVENS` → `Project`¶

General data about the project and the estimate.

`CUF_VERSIE` ✱	`cuf_version`	enum	CUF-XML version of the file; always 4.003 for this version.
`SYSTEEMHUIS`	`software_house`	enum	Vendor of the software that wrote the file.
`AANMAAKDATUM` ✱	`estimate_date`	date	Date the estimate was created in the estimating software.
`PROJECTNUMMER`	`number`	string	Project number.
`PROJECTNAAM`	`name`	string	Project name.
`CALCULATOR`	`estimator`	string	Person who made the estimate.
`OPDRACHTGEVER`	`client`	string	Client who commissions the work.
`ADRESGEGEVENS`	`address`	string	Location of the building site.
`PROJECTSTARTDATUM`	`start_date`	date	Start date of construction.
`VALUTA` ✱	`currency`	enum	Currency of all amounts (ISO 4217 code).
`EURO_KOERS`	`euro_rate`	number	Units of the currency that equal one euro.
`VRIJE_TEKST`	`notes`	string	Additional free text.

`SORTEERCODES` → `SortCodeScheme`¶

Declares one sort-code scheme used in the estimate, optionally with its codes.

`SORTERING` ✱	`name`	string	Name of the scheme (PLANCODE, ADMICODE, …).
`FUNCTIE`	`purpose`	string	What the scheme is used for.

`SORTEERCODE_REGEL` → `SortCodeEntry`¶

One code of a sort-code scheme.

`OMSCHRIJVING`	`description`	string	Description of the code.
`EENHEID`	`unit`	string	Unit of the reference quantity.
`TERUGDEEL_HOEVEELHEID`	`reference_quantity`	number	Quantity of this code in the estimate, for unit rates (informative).

`SORTEERCODE` → `SortCode`¶

Assigns a sort code of one scheme to a bundle, line or resource line.

`WAARDE`	`value`	string	The sort code.

`HOEVEELHEDENSTAAT_REGEL` → `QuantityLine`¶

A quantity take-off line explaining where a quantity comes from (informative).

`OMSCHRIJVING`	`description`	string	Description of the measurement.
`AANTAL`	`count`	number	Number of times the part occurs.
`LENGTE`	`length`	number	Length.
`BREEDTE`	`width`	number	Width.
`HOOGTE`	`height`	number	Height.
`FACTOR_1`	`factor_1`	number	Multiplier, e.g. a unit conversion.
`FACTOR_2`	`factor_2`	number	Second multiplier.

`MAMO_REGEL` → `ResourceLine`¶

A resource line (MAMO): breaks an estimate line down into one cost type.

`KOSTENSOORT` ✱	`cost_type`	enum	Cost type: LOON, MATERIAAL, MATERIEEL, ONDERAANNEMING or OVERIG.
`CODE`	`code`	string	Resource code.
`OMSCHRIJVING`	`description`	string	Description of the resource.
`HOEVEELHEID_EENHEID`	`unit`	string	Unit of the quantity (m2, m3, st, kg, …).
`HOEVEELHEID`	`quantity`	number	Quantity; empty or missing counts as 0.
`AANTAL_EENHEID`	`count_unit`	string	Unit of the count (often pieces).
`AANTAL`	`count`	number	Number deployed, for time-bound costs (count × duration = quantity; informative).
`INZET_EENHEID`	`duration_unit`	string	Unit of the duration (weeks, days, …).
`INZET`	`duration`	number	Length of the period deployed (informative).
`PRODUCTIE_EENHEID`	`production_unit`	string	Unit of the production rate.
`PRODUCTIE`	`production`	number	Production rate relative to the estimate line (informative).
`PRIJS`	`price`	number	Unit price (cost types other than LOON).
`PRIJS_FACTOR`	`price_factor`	number	Multiplier on the price or hourly rate (1.10 = 10% surcharge).
`FACTORCODE`	`factor_code`	string	Code of the price factor.
`UUR_NORM`	`hours_per_unit`	number	Labour hours per unit (LOON).
`UUR_TARIEF`	`hourly_rate`	number	Hourly rate (LOON).
`UUR_TARIEFCODE`	`hourly_rate_code`	string	Code of the hourly rate.
`EAN_CODE`	`ean_code`	string	EAN (GTIN) barcode of the article.
`ARTIKELGROEP`	`article_group`	string	Article group code.
`BESTELEENHEID`	`order_unit`	string	Unit in which the article is ordered.

`BEGROTINGSREGEL` → `Line`¶

An estimate line: a quantity with unit prices for up to five cost types.

`BTW` ✱	`vat_rate`	number	VAT percentage for the line and everything below it.
`EAN_CODE`	`ean_code`	string	EAN (GTIN) barcode of the article.
`ARTIKELGROEP`	`article_group`	string	Article group code.
`BESTELEENHEID`	`order_unit`	string	Unit in which the article is ordered.

`BUNDELING` → `Bundle`¶

A bundle: groups lines and bundles (chapter, paragraph or element).

`CODERING_METHODE`	`coding_method`	string	Coding system of the code (NLSFB, Bouwdelen, …).
`OMSCHRIJVING`	`description`	string	Description of the bundle.
`EENHEID`	`unit`	string	Unit of the reference quantity and multiplier.
`TERUGDEEL_HOEVEELHEID`	`reference_quantity`	number	Quantity of the bundle, for a unit rate (informative).
`DOORREKEN_HOEVEELHEID`	`multiplier`	number	Element quantity that multiplies all costs below; empty counts as 1.
`UREN`	`hours`	number	Total labour hours.
`LOONKOSTEN`	`labour`	number	Total labour costs.

The estimate: direct costs excluding markups and VAT, as a tree of bundles.

The tail (staart): markups and the contract sum.
